Indian Manpower abroad through various registered recruiting
agents for overseas job.

To explore job opportunities
for skilled and professional personnel as well.

To promote and protect
the rights and interests of the members of the council
in particular and the trade and industries of India.

To promote the welfare
of India workers and protect their interest in the country
of employment as well as after repatriation.

To disseminate any
information useful to members with regard to recruitment
of personnel for overseas job.

To develop an understanding
and awareness of Govt notifications, rules and regulations
regarding the overseas manpower amongst the member recruiting
agents.

To assist all member
recruiting agents about rules, regulations, procedures,
visa entry permit by procuring them from different countries
and making them available to the members.

To disseminate latest
Guidelines/Notification / Information issued by respective
Ministry from time to time which are relevant to members.

To organize seminars
and conferences for promotion of overseas recruitment
and employment generation.

To undertake initiatives
for repatriation of stranley workers and providing assistance
for bringing dead bodies of workers in country of employment.

To organize training
camps of prospective job seekers and acquaint them of
the proper culture and background of country of employment.

To do all such other
things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment
of above objects.
