1. HOW EPCIP
HELP ITS MEMBERS

Take all steps by
lawful means that may be necesary for promoting, supporting
or opposing legislation or any other action affecting
the general interests of member recruiting agents.

To look into the complaints
of members, served with Show Cause Notices / Orders
by ministry.

Looking into the matter
of anonymous / pseudonymous complaints lodged with Ministry
by rival competitors.

Assisting / guiding
member in the matter of renewal of existing RCs or applying
for fresh application or any other matter relating to
Emigration Act/Rules 1983.

Arrange counseling
and re-orientation programme for workers.
-
Imparting valuable
information and help to RAs to improve their business.

Any other guidance
like obtaining Bank Guarantee, filing of I/T & Services
Taxes etc.
2. Admit members
only with proven track record and who according to council
have good record.
3. At present
there are 12 Directors on the Board. Each Director is professionally
qualified in his own way.
4. In order that
Foreign employer or intending foreign employer wishing to
recruit personnel from India, they can log on to EPCIP website
to get the first hand information about the recruitment
of manpower from India.
